The theme of the meeting was “Building Sustainability in European Tourism”. Costa Nostrum and Vassilis Zissimopoulos were invited as speakers in the session “Apply Standards & Certifications to Destinations & Enterprises”, in order to present the results of the 1st year of implementation of the innovative certification standard Costa Nostrum – Sustainable Beaches.
The title of the presentation was “Costa Nostrum – Sustainable Beaches: Case Study Outcomes from the First 5 Costa Nostrum Certified Beaches”.
