We had the honor to present to a wide audience the values of Sustainability that we advocate in combination with Greek cuisine in a thematic section on Green Gastronomy and Quality of Life.
The audience watched the presentations with great interest and we feel the need to thank the Chef’s Club, the President of the Chef’s Club Mr. Protopsaltis Tassos, for the opportunity they gave us to be in HORECA, as well as the chef Mr. Manolis Chiras, for the excellent traditional dish he created during our presentation.
The title of our presentation was “Sustainable Beach Management and Gastronomy”.
The values and benefits of implementing Sustainable Standards have once again emerged as the next big change in the tourism industry and Costa Nostrum proved that it will be at the forefront the next day.
