The proposal of Costa Nostrum and its counterpart of AELIA Sustainable Engineering in collaboration with Costa Nostrum, managed to stand out as leading companies for the environment in two categories of European Business Awards for the Environment, organized in Greece by PASEPPE on behalf of the Directorate General of Environment of the European Commission.

Our proposal and specifically the certification protocol “Costa Nostrum – Sustainable Beaches for the Sustainable Management and Development of the Mediterranean beaches”, was distinguished in the final phase of the European Business Awards for the Environment (EBAE), in the category BUSINESS AND BIODIVERSITY.

Also, the proposal submitted by the subsidiary Costa Nostrum, AELIA – Sustainable Engineering, in collaboration with Costa Nostrum and the name “Smart Green Bins for Beaches” was distinguished in the final phase of the European Business Awards for the Environment (European Business Awards for the Environment – EBAE), in the category PRODUCT AND SERVICES.

Due to the pandemic, the award ceremony took place online, on Wednesday, May 19, during which PASEPPE (Panhellenic Association of Environmental Protection Companies) awarded prizes to all the proposals that were distinguished in Greece.
