The event was attended by European project partners, as well as, by stakeholders from Germany, Portugal, Greece, Bulgaria, France, Spain and Croatia.
Several proposals were presented, including the proposal of the Costa Nostrum, which admittedly received positive reviews from the majority of the participants. The presentation for Costa Nostrum was made by the Communication and Marketing Manager of our company Mr. Victor Koumantakis. (see related image)
The German side, which was also the organizer of the event, praised the presence of the Costa Nostrum, as well as, the presentation of the Sustainable Beaches, while presenting a guide regarding the regulatory instruments to prevent marine litter developed for municipalities in Germany.
We received several questions about our project and the beaches that we have already certified as sustainable beaches, which of course we answered with pleasure and promised to the other participants to analyze in-depth the practices and the tools we are using, in further future discussions.
